SS is sustained through public record, slow publication, and an ecosystem where applied work happens elsewhere. Support should strengthen independence, not dilute it.

Separate applied layer for private review, evidence work, and commercial delivery.
Economic rule
SS does not need to hide the fact that AHI helps sustain the ecosystem. It does need to prevent that relationship from turning every public surface into a disguised buyer corridor.
Practical boundary
One clean institutional link toward AHI is enough. Everything else in SS should justify itself as archive, protocol, or continuity.
